You will receive acknowledgement of your complaint within 5 Luxembourg business days of its receipt by Nevastar Finance (Luxembourg) SA, and it shall be answered within 1 month unless your complaint requires further investigation, in which case you will be informed as soon as possible.

Should you not receive an answer or a satisfactory answer within 1 month from the date of sending of your written complaint, you will then be entitled, at the expiration of such delay, to file your request with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) at the following link http://www.cssf.lu/en/consumer/complaints.
